Assisted Showings
I will be at all showings you approve. I will also arrive early to turn on all lights, open all doors and raise all blinds while wearing gloves to limit potential buyers contact needs. During the tour all will wear masks and I will disinfect any surface touched with Lysol disinfectant spray proven to kill Coronavirus and, after the tour has concluded, I will turn off all lights and close all doors while wearing new gloves.
Live Virtual Showings
Richmond Real Estate, LLC is also fully equipped to conduct live Virtual Showings to potential Buyers who are not yet pre-approved for a loan, who are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, who are ill and responsibly self-quarantining or who are otherwise unable to tour your home in-person.
